Steve Sack, CEO
With 15 years of leadership and Operations experience, Mr. Sack responsible for the development and implementation of PHXX’s overall strategies and operations. His corporate experience includes establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology and marketing partners, working in the areas of intelligence, information security and financial MIS systems, and managing teams of technologists within those areas. Steven has most recently held a key leadership position in the corporate IT and Network Operations component of a major international software development enterprise. His previous experience includes a 7 year career in the United States Navy's Intelligence component. Steve has a unique grasp of the financial components of how to manage a business, within the financial parameters established by history and projections.
 
 
Shane Robinett, CTO
Mr. Robinett has 12 years of experience in software development and product management. His role includes design and management of the numerous software and internet products under PHXX’s management. His duties include continued analytical development of the multitude of consumer properties developed by PHXX. His most recent activities include the development and support of real-time transactional solutions for client banks at Fair Isaac/London Bridge. Shane has a broad background in business and sales having worked in the food industry, the PC gaming industry, and most recently, in the advertising business. His development and technology capabilities are balanced by his balance sheet management knowledge of how to run a business.
 
 
Janine Cabaj, CFO
Mrs. Cabaj spent 13 years in business software and process consulting in Miami and Orlando, specializing in accounting and distribution systems. Most recently she spent 5 years as the CFO of Ortheon Medical, LLC, a medical device research and manufacturing company based in Orlando. Janine’s background has encompassed more than categorical assignments, in that she has served in various management consultancies across the board in those companies with whom she has worked. Currently Janine serves as CFO and as a organizational and financial services consultant for businesses in a variety of industries throughout the US. Janine holds a BA in Business Administration from Methodist College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
